All levels
All Levels is our signature class.
It is a class suitable for everybody from beginners to more advanced. Offering levels and progressions to ensure everyone feels the challenge no matter what stage they are at.
Every class has a classical focus with a contemporary mix in.
You will learn correct alignment, strengthen your body as a whole and improve in all aspects of balance, control and mobility.

Intermediate
A class for those who have a strong physical ability and understanding of Pilates.
Intermediate is a faster paced class with a strong focus on classical and contemporary repertoire.
You will be challenged in every aspect of the Pilates principles all whilst you hone your technique and deepen your mind to body connection.

Mums & bubs + Pregnancy
Our class designed for women who are past the 13 week mark in pregnancy or who are postpartum and need to use this class as a stepping stone back into the beginner class. This class is slower moving, focusing on correct technique and rebuilding strength.
This class is also open to anybody that needs it whether you are 70 or recovering from and injury.
